What if I just want the images?
While eye-catching images that stop the scroll are critical to a successful social media strategy, they aren't the whole picture. Their job is to attract your ideal customer so that they can read your engaging caption or blog. We don't sell the images separately because we want to make sure that you have what you need to make a difference in your conversion rates.

How does this work with duplicate content?
The content members of The Social Media Pantry Collective receive is meant to be personalized before it is posted. Inside of the membership platform, Aleya has provided videos on how to personalize so that your captions and blogs are unique. If you use the captions and blogs as intended, your website and social media feeds shouldn't experience any negative indexing effects.

What if your captions don't match any of the photos I have?
If you are a Wordsmith member, you can use the captions you get in your membership and pair them with photos that you already have in your library. Just make sure to not pull photos off Google and use those (that's stealing!). If the images you currently have don't seem to match with the captions you can 1) upgrade your membership to the Storyteller tier to get upgraded photos or 2) personalize your captions so that they better align with the photos you have.

How do office hours work?
Every month, Story Architect members will receive an email alerting them about the office hour availability. Inside the membership platform, there is a link to book 15-minute slots. Office hours are limited to 1 slot per member per week. During office hours, you can ask Aleya any marketing or social media question you may have. You can also brainstorm, ask for feedback, or get advice.
